Nobuko Ito, Au.D., Board Certified
Principal
Nobuko Ito, Au.D. has worked as an Audiologist in the Bay Area for 12 years. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Audiology, and she holds a Doctorate of Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences, A.T. Still University. She also graduated from San Jose State University with a Masters Degree in Audiology. Dr. Ito holds a Certificate in Early Childhood Intervention from San Jose State University, and is paneled by California Children's Services as an Audiologist. She has also earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology. Dr. Ito is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and the American SL and Hearing Association. Diagnostic Audiologist
Marsha holds a Master of Science degree in Audiology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing from Florida State University. She holds a Certificate of Competance in Audiology. Marsha has seven years of experience performing adult and pediatric diagnostic hearing evaluations. She works closely with Dr. Ito at both locations performing evaluations including ABR, VNG, ASSR, and DPOAE measurements. She is a member of the American Speech Language, and Hearing Association and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Stanley H. Ito
Director of Business Operations
Mr. Ito, MBA, has 20 years experience in Finance, Management and Business Operations. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from San Jose State University and a Masters in Business Adminstration from Santa Clara University. His background includes positions as Business Unit CFO for two divisions (Operations and Software Development) at DirectTV Broadband and as Assistant Program Manager at Stanford Telecommunications. Estela Vargas, BA
Aural Rehabilitation Specialist
Estela's background includes several years of experience in healthcare and public service. A graduate of San Jose State University, she is a certified Otogram technician and is a registered audiology aid. Estela assists with hearing evaluations, ear model impressions, hearing aid services, and is always happy to answer your questions! Alicia Morales
Office Manager
Alicia handles the front office including appointments and insurance questions. She has several years of experience in medical offices and is always there with a bright smile for the patients! She sends you reminder postcards and newsletters, and interfaces with your referring physician. You can count on Alicia for immediate professional attention to appointment changes and hearing aid concerns. Alicia also speaks Spanish fluently. Tracy Phung
Front Desk/Insurance Billing
Tracy's previous experience as a Medical Biller and Medical Receptionist for a Speech, Language, and Hearing group has prepared her to make appointments and prepare insurance claims. She also assists the Director of Business Operations with insurance billing issues, monthly statements, and patient records. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Washington State University. She is at our Eastside office full time and is happy to help you with appointments or answer your questions about your insurance. She is also fluent in Vietnamese and Cantonese. She has assisted many families to help a loved one to hear better.
Amelia Rodriguez
You'll see Amelia at the Front Desk at both locations. Her experience at O'Conner Hospital as an admitting clerk in the MRI Department for seven years has prepared her to give you the best service in registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification. Amelia is happy to help you with any questions regarding insurance coverage and evaluations.
