![]() | Programs/Services At HearBright, we take the time to help you achieve better hearing - the right way. Our Audiologists have knowledge of brain plasticity in relation to speech understanding, sound perceptions, and the effect of hearing aids. When your hearing has declined slowly over the years, a sudden increase to normal hearing by fitting hearing aids at full volume is not ideal. The HearClearTM Program utilizes gentle step-by-step adjustments of your new HearBright hearing aids so that your auditory system will not be "shocked" into good hearing. We monitor your progress weekly, bringing you to better hearing at your own pace. If you're not sure which hearing aid is right for you, our HearBorrowTM Program will allow a sampling of hearing aids at different quality levels, and the cost of the program is applied toward your purchase. Share in our dedication to better hearing by participating in our HearDonateTM Program. Our community needs your used hearing aids, and we're here to make it happen, with your help! The Hearing Test The path to better hearing first begins with a comprehensive evaluation. Remember, the precise programming of your custom hearing aids is completely dependent upon the accuracy and thoroughness of this complete hearing evaluation . At HearBright, we don't attempt to take shortcuts using online hearing tests or a screening test. We check for earwax build-up and assess your auditory system for conditions which can be treated medically, such as ear infections. Your audiological evaluation is conducted in a sound proof room by a licensed Audiologist, and tests are performed to assess your speech understanding.
