Nobuko Ito, Au.D. has worked as an Audiologist in the Bay Area since 1995. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Audiology, and she holds a Doctorate of Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences, A.T. Still University. She also graduated from San Jose State University with a Masters Degree in Audiology in 1995. Dr. Ito holds a Certificate in Early Childhood Intervention from San Jose State University, and is paneled by California Children's Services as an Audiologist. She has also earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology. Dr. Ito is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and the American SL and Hearing Association. She is also mentioned as an Honored Member of the Global Directory of Who's Who.
 

Sally Allen, Au.D., Audiologist    dr.allen@hearbright.com

Dr. Allen, Audiologist, has more than a decade of experience in diagnostics of the adult and pediatric population. Her high standards of excellence, her thorough testing, and pleasant demeanor provides optimal hearing testing for this population, and she is well known among the referring physicians in the Regional Medical Center community. She holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry and Audiology, and completed her Masters Degree in Audiology from San Jose State University in 1997. She also earned her Certificate in Clinical Competence in Audiology in 1997. Dr. Allen is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and the California Academy of Audiologists.
 

Meredith Kondo, Au.D., Audiologist    dr.kondo@hearbright.com

Dr. Kondo, Audiologist, specializes in diagnostic testing of pediatrics and seniors. Her professionalism and detailed testing and reporting provide a valuable service to the Good Samaritan Hospital medical community. In addition, Dr. Kondo is very approachable for answers about hearing loss. She holds a Doctorate of Audiology degree from Salus University , and a Masters degree in Audiology from San Francisco State University, where she received the President's and Dean's scholar. She has several years of experience at Camino Medical Group as a Clinical Audiologist. She is also a faculty member as a Clinical Supervisor at San Jose State University. She holds a certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Mr. Ito has 25 years experience in Finance, Management and Business Operations. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from San Jose State University and a Masters in Business Adminstration from Santa Clara University. His background includes positions as Business Unit CFO for two divisions (Operations and Software Development) at DirectTV Broadband and as Assistant Program Manager at Stanford Telecommunications. As HearBright's Director of Business Operations, Mr. Ito is responsible for Financial Management - Forecasting, Cost Analysis, Cash Management, and Accounting; and Administration - Human Resources, IT, and Facilities.
 

Estela Vargas, Hearing Rehabilitation Specialist  estela@hearbright.com

Estela's background includes several years of experience in healthcare and public service. A graduate of San Jose State University, she is a licensed hearing aid dispenser and is a registered audiology aid. Estela is our hearing aid specialist, offering consultations, repairs, and adjustments of hearing aids. Her specialty is in providing high technology answers to hearing problems, and counseling patients as well as family members about the impact of hearing loss. She also assists with hearing evaluations and is always happy to answer your questions! She excels in the technical aspects of hearing aids and computer programming of hearing aids. Her attention to detail and warm personality lends well to caring for you and your hearing aids. Estela is also fluent in Spanish and French.  
 

Jacqueline Quiroz, Patient Coordinator jacqueline@hearbright.com

Jacqueline is full time at our Samaritan office and will greet you at the Front Desk, register you for your hearing test, and answer any questions you have about your paperwork. She also answers the phone and schedules your appointment. Jacqueline has several years of experience as a Medical Assistant serving a variety of populations, In addition, she has worked as a Front Desk Receptionist in a medical setting, and enjoys working with patients and their family members. Her warm and welcoming personality are an important part of the HearBright company philosophy of giving service that is outstanding and excellent! She is happy to help you!  

Nancy Nguyen, Patient Coordinator
